Today I was at the Central Park of Santa Clarita. There should be an Eastern-Egg-Hunt for the children. It is a lovely idea. It was announced that there were 22000 eggs.

Today I baked fish for the first time. Fish is not my favorite food. It’s fine from time to time, so I’m not familiar with how to prepare the dish. But it was very easy.

Today I also started to dry apple slices. I will see how it works. The receipe is easy. You need apples and lemon. Core the apples, then peel them or not.

Today is April the 17. and I decided to start a block. It will be about my interests and what I think about a topic at that special day. Don’t judge me, it is just my opinion.

I was thinking to get a blog started years ago, but it was new for me. Now I want a little structure in my life and hope the blog could help me.
