Backing Fish

Today I baked fish for the first time. Fish is not my favorite food. It’s fine from time to time, so I’m not familiar with how to prepare the dish. But it was very easy. First unfreeze the fish. One possibility is to put the fish in the water for 15-20 minutes, changing the water every 5 minutes. Then dry the fish and place on the baking tray, which was previously laid out with baking paper and greased with oil. Season the fish with suitable spices and put it in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

Before you can still bake the fries and add the fish 15 minutes before they are baked.

For seasoning, I used special spices for the fish, so I did not need to think about the spices that fit the fish.
