Today I also started to dry apple slices. I will see how it works. The receipe is easy. You need apples and lemon.
Core the apples, then peel them or not. I haven’t done it. Cut apples and drizzle them with lemon. Place all the apples on the baking tray, which was previously laid out with baking paper. Then let them baking on low heat 50 degrees C or 122 degrees F for 3-4 hours.
I baked them for 3 hours on 170 degrees F. My oven don’t go lower than this. You should always check them.
Let them cool down and get dry. Enjoy.
